From 2009 - 2012 Mering served as the Chief Production Officer leading a team of copywriters, designers, art directors, video editors, and creative directors to fulfill high volumes of creative requests from multiple vertical fortune 100 oriented sales teams delivering pre-sales and post sales creative in a fast pace high pressure culture.
Mering's contributions led to achieve "Preferred Vendor" status and he was the point of contact for Google's internal creative group known as The Zoo. Mering contributed strategy and tactics to aid in Google building it's own creative services department and established a gold standard for creative delivery.
